Palmetto State Fire & Safety, LLC was built from firsthand experience in emergency response. Before starting this company, we served as full-time firefighters. That background shaped how we approach fire safety services in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding communities. We have seen what happens when businesses and families are not prepared, and we have also seen how proper planning prevents tragedy.

With eight years of experience in the fire protection industry, our journey began when a close friend and mentor needed help managing expired fire extinguishers at his business. What started as helping with outdated equipment turned into a larger realization. Many business owners were only being serviced after they failed inspection. There was very little proactive guidance, and too many people were confused about fire code requirements.

Getting into this industry is not simple. There are state exams, licensing requirements, and regulatory steps that must be completed before legally operating.
